St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church is currently served by Fr. Toby Rowe and Joyce Dalton. Fr. Toby is currently assigned with his vocational job to a duty station outside of Arkansas. Along with the Worship Team and the Vestry, Joyce and Toby are leading our congregation at this time.
